There’s a whole host of challenges that arise for co-founders. More often than not, co-founder conflict is the reason why start-ups fail. Challenges related to scaling, decision making responsibilities and ego are all too common symptoms affecting the health of founding teams.

“To be adult in relationship is not to be conflict-free. Its to resolve conflicts mindfully.” – David Rico

You’re a co-founder of your startup, but you’re not the CEO. Still, you’re committed to seeing your company’s vision realized in the world, and you’re not willing to let ego (or anything else) get in the way. You realize you have a key role to play and that leadership comes in a variety of forms and from a variety of points within the organization. Join up with five other co-founders leading and influencing their startups from the “second chair” and facing similar challenges and opportunities
