Our Vision

Reboot is first and foremost a coaching company. Since 2014, we’ve created a full suite of coaching experiences and content to meet the needs of our clients from seed stage to IPO, from bootstrapped to venture-backed to Fortune 100 and those who invest in them, from c-suite to solopreneur and leaders and managers across the globe, as well as artists and non-profits. We believe better leaders make better humans, and better humans create more humane organizations in places of systemic belonging.

We believe that in work is the possibility of the full realization of human potential. Work does not have to destroy us. Work can be the way we achieve our fullest self.

Why Reboot

Reboot is first and foremost a coaching company committed to the vision that better humans make better leaders. We offer a range of coaching experiences to assist a wide range of clients in becoming their fullest selves and navigating the world of work and career with clarity and grace.

From one-on-one coaching, co-founder coaching, peer coaching groups, leadership bootcamps, and workshops, people who long to anchor their work with purpose and meaning can find a way to work with us. With our extensive content projects, from the podcast to our newsletters and our publications, to our free self-guided courses, we aim to make the transformational work of self-actualization and purposeful living accessible to those who might not otherwise be able to be coached.

Our intent as a true organization is to abide by what we teach our clients: to create the company that we want to work for. We come together not for conventional notions of success but to attempt, as David Whyte says in Crossing the Unknown Sea, “Good work, done well for the right reasons.”

The company we want to work for has values built around transparency and authenticity, around owning our own shadows and cutting the monsters in our heads down to size. It means “full-catastrophe living” as Jon Kabat-Zinn calls it–that is, mindfully living with the ups and downs of life. It means our full selves showing up at the office. It means, each of us holding the responsibility for creating an environment in which we not only have fun but experiment and try different things. It means holding each other accountable for creating a company whose work, values, and view of itself is dedicated to the proposition that implicit in work is the possibility of the full realization of human potential.

Work does not have to destroy us. Work can be the way in which we achieve our fullest self.

If we can embody those values, we’ll show our clients how to do the same. To strive for anything less would be inauthentic.

Work should be non-violent to the self, non-violent to the community, and non-violent to the planet. Reboot was created to live that, not merely teach it. This is where we come alive, and we invite you to join us.

Welcome to our conversation around life and work. We are so glad you’re here.
