Being an effective and resilient CTO in a startup takes more than just top-notch technical ability–you need to have emotional intelligence and strong people skills to be effective in leading a team of smart, driven developers. If you’re looking to deepen your own leadership practice by connecting with other like-minded CTOs on similar journeys, this group is for you.

WHO

To apply for this group, you should:

  • Be responsible for overseeing the software/technical domain of a startup (we’re not super concerned with your title, just your role)
  • Manage a team of engineers/developers
  • Be able to commit to regular attendance
  • Come with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness be vulnerable and to help others
WHEN

Group will meet twice per month. Days and meeting times TBD.

 

WHERE

Group meets virtually (video conference), twice a month, for 1.5 hours each meeting.
