Join us for the Fall 2018 Reboot Kickoff for Director / VP / Head of Sales + New Circle

Managing quotas, tracking metrics, setting the sales strategy. This is just a short list of the challenges that Sales leaders come up against every single day. Your job is to build a sales culture, manage up, down and sideways while understanding what motivates the customer better than anyone. In a role that requires so much attention on external factors, it’s necessary to build an inner resilience as you move through the highs and lows. If you’re looking to learn from others who’re going through similar challenges while gaining the tools to better understand your internal motivators, join us.

WHO

To apply for this group, you should:

  • Be responsible for overseeing the sales domain of a startup (we’re not super concerned with your title, just your role)
  • Manage a team
  • Be able to commit to regular attendance
  • Come with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness be vulnerable and to help others
WHEN
  • Group will launch with an in-person kickoff at the Reboot Offices in SF – October 19, 2018
  • Group will meet twice per month.  Days and meeting times TBD.
  • Group members will commit to meeting together for one year (24 meetings).

*About the in-person kickoff: We’ve designed the experience to be like an Orientation, with exercises to support your own self-reflection and leadership development. You’ll have the chance to connect with other members of your Circle and together learn the tools that will set you up to have an impactful experience.

WHERE
  • In-person launch at the Fall Reboot kickoff for Sales Leaders (October 19th at Reboot Offices in SF)
  • After in-person kickoff, the group meets virtually (video conference), twice a month, for 1.5 hours each meeting.
