The Neurodiverse Advantage: An ADHD Workshop for Neurotypical Leaders

Are you a neurotypical leader who works closely with ADHD colleagues? Do you want to better understand how to improve your working relationship with your neurodivergent colleagues?

Uncover the science behind ADHD and learn the skills you need to effectively lead and collaborate with ADHD colleagues.

In this workshop, you’ll learn the science behind ADHD and gain insight into the common challenges that neurodivergent professionals face. Your facilitators will provide you with tools, strategies, and resources to help you accommodate and work better with neurodivergent professionals and discuss how the support you can give to ADHD people is also beneficial to anyone in the broader organization.

By the end of this workshop, you will have:

• A deeper understanding and empathy for ADHD people
• Language to discuss ADHD and name the patterns in relationship with others
• A greater awareness of how to empower ADHD team members 
• An overview of common accommodations and how to apply them to collaborative relationships
