“It was life changing. I went into it thinking it would help our business and my co-founder relationship, which no doubt it did. But much more so, it helped me understand myself. Bringing back a mindfulness of who I am (the good and the baggage) makes interactions, decisions, and life more whole. It truly felt like a reboot of me and our business. Its still the same cofounder team and the same business, but without a lot of the junk getting in the way of us operating and living fully.
