You + 14 other leaders looking to reconnect with yourself, your leadership roots, and a community of like-minded individuals will be led by Team Reboot through a rich weekend of practical skills, radical self-inquiry, and peer support; preceded by 5 months of group coaching and preparation.

WHEN

2027 dates TBD. A shuttle will deliver you to/from the Albuquerque International Airport each way.

The in-person event will be preceded by 5 months of group coaching for the cohort.

WHERE

Santa Fe, New Mexico. A room block is reserved for the group at the Modern Elder Academy Santa Fe Campus.

HOW MUCH

The cost of the retreat is $7,500. This includes lodging, meals, and all program activities (including group coaching before the event).
