Fall 2027 Coach Retreat

Boulder, CO
September 23-26, 2027

Know you're not alone. Join us for our Fall 2027 Coach Retreat.

This is an invitation to meet yourself with the same curiosity, compassion, and courage that you hope to offer your clients.

Over time, coaching has a way of changing us. We discover that our most important instrument isn’t a model or a methodology.

It’s ourselves.

Every coaching conversation is shaped by the person who enters the room.  Coaching doesn’t simply ask us to help others grow.

It asks something of us as well.

This four-day gathering offers time and space to slow down and become more available—to yourself, to one another, and to your own experience as a coach.

The work of becoming a coach is never finished. It is the practice of knowing ourselves more deeply so that we can meet others with greater presence, humility, and humanity.

Better humans make better coaches.

Our Time Together

Rather than following a fixed curriculum, we’ll allow our work to emerge from the questions, experiences, and conversations each coach brings. As coaches, we know that some of the most meaningful moments arise when we’re able to pay attention to what is unfolding rather than holding too tightly to what we expected. Our time together will reflect that same spirit—responding to what is emerging, trusting the wisdom in the room, and allowing the learning to develop through our shared experience.
