Reflections on the Art of Being Human at Work.

Right-Sizing Imposter Syndrome One of the big things we forget when imposter syndrome has us in its grip is that we have choice. We have a choice in how we want to respond when it has a hold on us.
Remembering Your Magic How we feel about ourselves impacts how we lead and how we experience life. If we can trust our inner goodness and what we know to be true about ourselves, in our bones, we learn self-acceptance and a deep love for ourselves that is hard to shake.
The Most Essential Step Whether we’re chasing entrepreneurial dreams to avoid facing our anxiety-causing demons, or we feel like we’re fumbling along in the working world, working towards someone else’s dream while avoiding our own, something clicks when we arrive at the ground at our own feet.
How You Feel About Yourself Shows Up In Your Leadership Our behavior, feelings, motivation, and thoughts are directly influenced by our self-evaluation. If in your own internal experience thoughts of diminished self-worth or a raging inner critic voice with the volume up loud are more common than not, the psychic weight of that inner reflection will impact how you show up in your leadership.
Granted When one is committed to limiting beliefs about their worth, it shows up in a diminution of self. Moving from out of the ‘old outfits’ we wear and into a wardrobe that fits who we are, is a matter of finding that internal switch out of scarcity and into one of sufficiency.
